The hotel is clean, brand-new with quiet rooms, great staff, and units with balcony, making my stay excellent.

This was my second stay at this particular location and I love it. My go to when I travel to Charlotte.

The rooms here are a good size and come with convenient amenities like a microwave and balconies, which is a nice touch. 😊 the staff members are all friendly and attentive, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was fantastic and spacious, equipped with central heating, a seating area, and a writing desk. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff members were consistently courteous. The hotel's location is great, especially in the Southpark area.

Very clean and very easy to work with. Also the bar inside the hotel was nice but pretty expensive.

For the amount of money I expected a microwave in the room. I could have paid a third of this cost and had a microwave AND breakfast. Its ridiculous that you wanted to charge me for breakfast. I also had to do some work in the business center. The outside temperature was 28 and they had the air on. I had to work in a coat and scarf. Not even coffee in the lobby

We were able to easily walk to the mall and to all the restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of parking available. The wifi worked well, which was a plus. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, polite staff, fantastic rooms. The location it has not far from Charlottes trendiest malls, and multiple restaurants is marvellous and perfect. Bentleys, where you can eat lunch, is just a short stroll away from the property.
